Orange and Strawberry Sweet Rolls

Ingredients:

- Pizza Dough

- 1 Cup Chopped Strawberries

- ¾ Cup of Strawberry Jam

- Fresh Grated Orange Zest

- Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 oz packet Cream Cheese
  • Orange Zest
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ Stick of Butter

Instructions:

Combine chopped strawberries with strawberry jam and orange zest and then spread on unwrapped dough.

Roll carefully and place in oven for 20-25 minutes at 400°.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and orange zest and spread over cooled rolls - and Enjoy!

Lemonade Fruit Salad with a Ricotta Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

- 2 Mangos chunked

- 1 Cup Sliced Strawberries

- 2 Nectarines sliced

- 1 Kiwi sliced

- 1 Cup mandarin oranges

- 1 Cup Blueberries

- 1 cup Blackberries

- 1 Cup Raspberries

- 1 Cup Grapes

- Fresh Lemon Zest

- 1/4 Cup Sparkling Pink Lemonade

- Ricotta Cheese Dip

  • 1 Package of Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Honey
  • ½ of Rada’s Island Coconut Mix
  • Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

Instructions:

Combine fruits in mixing bowl, top with lemon zest and pink lemonade soda, and mix.

For the dip, mix together ricotta cheese, fresh honey, Rada's Island Coconut Mix, and lemon juice.

Keep chilled until consumption - and Enjoy!

Baked Maple Bacon

    A white plateful of savory bacon next to another plate of bacon and a Florentine omelet

    Ingredients:

    - 1 Lb Thick Cut Smoked Bacon

    - ½ Cup Pure Maple Syrup

    - ¼ Cup Brown Sugar

    - Cracked Black Pepper

    - Cajun Seasoning

    Instructions:

    Coat one pound of thick cut bacon with pure maple syrup.

    Lay strips flat on baking pan or baking rack, then top with brown sugar, black pepper, and cajun seasoning.

    Bake at 425° for 10-15 minutes - and Enjoy! 

     


     

    Florentine Omelet 

    A delicious Florentine omelet with red tomatoes and several slices of maple bacon

    Ingredients: 

    - Egg whites from the sauce

    - Four more eggs

    - 2 TBSP Milk

    - Fresh Pepper

    - Sea Salt

    - A Handful of Roma Tomatoes

    - A Handful of Fresh Spinach

    - Cheese to taste

    Instructions:

    So as not to waste ingredients, use the egg whites from the hollandaise sauce as well as four more full eggs.

    Add milk, pepper, and salt, then cook on medium heat in a greased saucepan.

    As the edges solidify, shift pan so more egg gets to the edge and gets cooked.

    Add sliced tomatoes, spinach and cheese, fold it over carefully, wait for the cheese to melt - and Enjoy!

    Homemade Hollandaise Sauce

    Ingredients:

    - 8 Egg Yolks

    - 2 TBSP Lemon Juice

    - 2 Sticks of Butter

    - Cayan Pepper

    - Sea Salt

    Instructions:

    Combine 4 egg yolks in a metal bowl, add lemon juice and then place over a boiling pot of water.

    Slowly add melted butter while whisking, being careful not to scramble the eggs.

    Add cayenne pepper and salt to taste - and Enjoy!
