Shipping Charge
Shipping is based on your delivery destination, the weight and size of your order, as well as your choice of shipping method. Your shipping amount will be displayed prior to you confirming your order.
Your package should arrive in 7 to 10 business days or less from the day your place your order.
Canadian Customers: The Canada Post Service will deliver your order and will charge you for any applicable duties, taxes, and tariffs at delivery.
Replacements & Exchanges
Rada Mfg. Co. will replace any product manufactured by our company returned to us due to defects in material or workmanship.
Within the first 90 days after purchase, if you need to return a new item for a refund or exchange, email us at customerservice@radamfg.com and send your item to: Rada Cutlery, 905 Industrial St., PO Box 838, Waverly, Iowa US 50677.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
