Outstanding Performance: Regular Paring Knife

  • The Regular Paring Knife is Rada Cutlery’s all-time best-selling knife! Why? The 3¼" blade size is perfect for peeling apples and pears, cutting celery and carrots, removing seeds from peppers, deveining shrimp, and so much more.

The secret is in the surgical-quality, T420 high-carbon stainless steel blade, hand sharpened to a razor-sharp edge. The hollow-ground blade assures a precision concave surface for easy sharpening, while a finger guard helps protect your fingers when cutting.

What does all that mean for you? Rada Cutlery blades are super sharp thanks to meticulous attention to detail in manufacturing. If they ever need sharpening, our Quick Edge Knife Sharpener will bring the original razor-sharp edge back to your blades in seconds.

Available in two handle finishes—solid brushed aluminum and black stainless steel resin.

The Regular Paring Knife is also available in several gift sets.

Countless customers declare the Regular Paring knife the best paring knife they have ever owned.

  • Blade Length: 3¼"

    Total Length: 6¾"

    Country of Production: USA

    Product Warranty: The Lifetime Guarantee

  • Hand washing all fine cutlery is recommended.

Hand washing Rada’s silver-handle knives and utensils is recommended. This prevents microscopic dings on the blades’ cutting edge, eliminates the harsh environment created by a dishwasher's high temperatures and abrasive detergents, and helps protect your cutlery from corrosion, ultimately extending the life of the finish. While Rada’s black-handle knives are more tolerant to the dishwasher, Rada recommends hand washing all fine cutlery.

    Run away carver

I have used Rada cutlery for many many years and they have always been the first choice for me every time I have reached into the cutlery drawer. My paring knife is still a fine knife and I can still keep a real keen edge on it, but my carving knife was getting difficult to keep sharp. When our church was having their fund raiser I decided it was time to get a new carving knife and got two new paring knives also. The most curious thing that happened on the day the new knives arrived was, the old carving knife mysteriously disappeared never to be seen again. No one knows where it went! I guess it just new there was a new boss in town.

Love my new paring knife. I have several Rada knives and utensils. When I wanted a new paring knife there was no doubt what brand I was going to buy.
