The plain blade is great at finely chopping cooked eggs and celery for salad, mixing meatloaf ingredients, or forming biscuit dough or slider-sized hamburger patties. The serrated blade makes coarse chopping a breeze and is ideal for use on onions, nuts, cooked potatoes, and more.

The plain blade is ideal when you want to finely chop food and it can be used to form biscuit dough or cut out cookie dough.
